Instilling and Building Understanding of Human Rights

Tanachira Retail Corporation Public Company Limited recognizes the importance of human rights as a cornerstone of sustainable development, and has therefore worked to build employee understanding through regular knowledge-sharing sessions. Employees have received human rights training through participation in the Stock Exchange of Thailand's ESG DNA programme, supporting and promoting human rights in alignment with the organization's core values, and helping to create a workplace that is mutually respectful, equitable, and open to all, while advancing long-term value for society. Through our efforts to raise awareness of human rights and embed these principles into the organization's operations, policies, and practices, we focus on cultivating respect for human rights within the workplace by integrating these principles into corporate culture and daily conduct — through consistent communication and the demonstration of behaviors that reflect these values.
