The group companies has established an anti-corruption policy with clear guidelines for preventing the giving or receiving of bribes, as well as any actions that may lead to corruption. The group companies are committed to conducting business with honesty, transparency, and in accordance with good corporate governance principles. Guidelines have been set for directors, executives, and employees of the Group to prevent and combat corruption and any actions that may lead to fraudulent conduct. These guidelines have been communicated comprehensively to the Board of Directors, executives, employees, business partners, and all other relevant stakeholders.

Tanachira Group requires personnel at all levels to perform their duties with integrity and ethical conduct, and to refrain from seeking improper benefits from supervisors or any other persons, whether directly or indirectly. Employees are expected to avoid any actions that may give rise to conflicts of interest and must not engage in any occupation, profession, or activity that could adversely affect their duties or damage their own reputation or that of the Group. In addition, personnel must prevent and avoid any conduct that may lead to conflicts of interest and must not use confidential information of the Company or its subsidiaries; such as business plans, financial information, board resolutions, business forecasts, research and development outcomes, or bidding information for personal gain or for the benefit of others, regardless of whether such actions result in damage to the Company. All personnel are also required to strictly comply with the Company’s policy on the use of inside information.

The giving or receiving of gifts and donations may be permitted in accordance with customary practices, provided that the value does not exceed THB 3,000 and that such actions are not intended to influence, induce, or reward any individual in order to gain improper advantages or to obtain undue benefits through inappropriate or concealed means.

Tanachira Group has established channels for complaints and whistleblowing to enable employees and stakeholders to report inappropriate conduct or actions that may be in violation of laws or business ethics in a secure and confidential manner.
