2026 Supplier Assessment

Governance and Economic
08 June 2026

The Company conducted an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) assessment of its key suppliers to evaluate their sustainability readiness, business risks, and capability to support the Company's sustainability objectives.

The assessment adopted a risk-based supplier assessment approach and covered suppliers in the OEM, Packaging, and Raw Material categories, as these suppliers have a significant impact on product quality, supply chain continuity, and the Company's Scope 3 emissions. The assessment consisted of 15 questions covering governance, social, and environmental dimensions. To ensure transparency and fairness, the Company established clearly defined scoring criteria ranging from 0 to 2 for each question. The scoring criteria and supplier risk classification are presented below.

คะแนนรวม (%) ระดับความเสี่ยง ความหมาย

Assessment Results

The assessment results showed an average risk assessment score of 28.27 out of 30 points. All 100% of suppliers demonstrated ESG maturity ranging from Basic to Moderate levels. Among the ESG dimensions, the Social dimension recorded the highest average score at 10.00 points, followed by the Environmental dimension with an average score of 9.36 points, and the Governance dimension with an average score of 8.91 points.

The Company identified that suppliers have the greatest opportunity for improvement in the Governance dimension compared to other areas, particularly in establishing ESG operational guidelines that cover the entire supply chain, developing ESG governance systems, and further integrating ESG principles into operational practices in a more systematic manner. In addition, although most suppliers demonstrated good performance in the Environmental dimension at a compliance-based level, the Company still sees opportunities for further development in strategic environmental aspects. These include climate change response, greenhouse gas management, energy consumption monitoring and management, and the establishment of environmental targets and key performance indicators to address climate-related risks and future Scope 3 greenhouse gas management.

Suppliers who score lower than other suppliers within the same group, those with unclear ESG governance structures, or those scoring below 80% (8 points) in each dimension are required to develop a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) and submit it to the Company within the specified timeframe. This aims to enhance ESG governance performance and reduce long-term risks in supply chain management.

In addition, the Company plans to conduct ESG assessments covering 100% of all suppliers by 2027, and has established supplier development approaches in the short, medium, and long term. The Company recognizes that most suppliers currently operate ESG practices primarily in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, rather than integrating ESG into their business strategies. Therefore, the Company aims to promote collaboration with suppliers to enhance ESG capabilities, strengthen competitiveness, and advance sustainable development across the entire value chain in the long term. Furthermore, the Company aims to develop its supplier management system in alignment with the principles of Sustainable Supply Chain Management and various corporate ESG rating frameworks, in order to enhance competitiveness, improve supply chain resilience, and support sustainable growth for both suppliers and the Company.
