Under the TMG Service Racing Track: Living Consultant project, an initiative by The Mall Group, the Learning & Development team of HARNN, under Tanachira Group, played a key role in strengthening the capabilities of Department Managers and Section Managers within the Operation Merchandising function. The program focused on deepening product knowledge and enhancing professional customer advisory skills.

The knowledge transfer covered leading retail businesses, including The Mall Lifestore, Emporium, and Siam Paragon. The program aimed to equip participants with the ability to accurately explain product features, usage, differentiation, and value, while also enabling them to effectively cascade this knowledge within their teams.
